Lesson 1

What Should I Actually Measure?
In this module, educators will learn how to identify and prioritize what truly matters in student learning. Through the lens of designing effective assessments and framing clear, measurable objectives, participants will explore strategies to ensure that assessments align with intended learning outcomes and provide meaningful insights into student progress.
Lesson 2
30 minutes
Are My Assessments Helping or Hindering?
This module encourages educators to critically evaluate the impact of their assessment practices on student learning. It explores the principles of Assessment for, of, and as Learning, and guides participants in using each approach effectively. Educators will also develop strategies for delivering timely, targeted feedback that motivates and supports student progress.

How Can I Track Progress Meaningfully?
In this module, educators will learn practical strategies for documenting student progress in ways that are purposeful and aligned with learning goals. Through exploring tools and techniques for ongoing assessment, participants will develop the ability to track progress meaningfully and use this evidence to inform instruction and support student development.
Lesson 4
10 minutes
Assessment
In the final lesson of the course, educators will undertake a comprehensive final assessment designed to evaluate their understanding of the course content. To successfully complete the course and be awarded the course completion certificate, participants are required to achieve a minimum score of 70% on this final quiz.
